When you work for Conexus MedStaff as an international nurse on OPT, you’ll receive:
Sponsorship. Conexus MedStaff fully sponsors international nursing graduates in the U.S. on an F1 visa during OPT to work in some of the best hospitals in the country.
Immigration Support. We sponsor your immigration process, and we cover all filing fees. We assist in the adjustment of status from F1 visa to EB-3 permanent. We welcome your spouse and children, and we will cover your transportation to the United States.
Job Placement. We partner with hundreds of hospitals across the country and we’ll work to match you with both the nursing position and geographic location you prefer.
Professional Support. Your local in-person Conexus engagement manager will help with any issues that may arise. Our buddy system pairs you with another Conexus nurse.

NCLEX Bonus. As a new grad we’ll offer you a $1,000 NCLEX bonus paid at the start of your assignment in addition to US licensure reimbursement.
Housing. We help you find your first place to live and provide 30-days free accommodation in the U.S. While you wait to start your US assignment, you’ll receive orientation pay which you can use to set up utilities and purchase furniture.
