Andrew Moreton, CEO of Conexus MedStaff, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) first-ever Healthcare Staffing 100.
The new list recognizes senior leaders who are advancing healthcare staffing and helping health systems solve complex workforce challenges. Honorees span nursing, physician and allied health, healthcare managed services and international healthcare mobility.
In announcing the list, SIA noted a clear theme among this year's honorees. Leaders are moving beyond filling vacancies to helping health systems build workforce strategies that last.
That shift sits at the heart of how Conexus works. Through the EB-3 pathway, we recruit internationally educated nurses and allied health professionals who join U.S. hospitals as permanent, full-time team members. They give facilities a stable core of staff they can plan around.

This is Andrew's second SIA recognition, after he was named to SIA's 40 Under 40 list in 2021.
Honorees will be recognized at SIA's Healthcare Staffing Summit, taking place November 9 to 11, 2026, at the Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, Texas. Andrew will be there to celebrate with his fellow honorees.
