Our mission to provide life-changing opportunities for international nurses and medical technologists to work and live in the U.S. helps alleviate U.S. hospital staffing problems. By taking care of our Conexus MedStaff® international healthcare professionals, we keep nurses in nursing, medical technologists in the lab, and help the patients who need quality care. And this helps the wellbeing of communities.
In our first 12 years, Conexus provided access to opportunity for thousands of healthcare professionals in the United Stated, coaching and supporting them every step of the way. So far, Conexus has:
Created learning opportunities for thousands of healthcare professionals globally to provide growth through English language proficiency, clinical skills, and cultural acclimation.
Improved staff-to-patient ratios and staff stability and retention for our U.S. hospital clients, and improved the supply of and access to quality international healthcare professionals.
Created Conexus communities for our people to have a home away from home, offering care and support, skills and guidance to acclimate foreign-educated healthcare professionals to a new U.S. community.
Created a legal and guided immigration experience for thousands of healthcare professionals to work in the U.S.
