If you’re an international nurse dreaming of beginning a U.S. nursing career, personalized training and support are available to help you achieve that dream. We know it’s nurses like you who are building the future of healthcare, and we are invested in making the journey to the U.S. possible.

That’s why we launched the Conexus NCLEX Sponsorship Program – to set you up for success. This educational program is designed to help international nurses pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), a key requirement to work as a nurse in the U.S.

What is the NCLEX exam?

The NCLEX-RN, established in 1994, was designed to measure the competence and skills needed to perform safely and effectively as a newly licensed, entry-level nurse. As a requirement to work as an RN in the United States, all international nurses must have passed the NCLEX before working in a U.S.-based healthcare facility.

What is the Conexus MedStaff NCLEX Sponsorship Program?

Through this program, Conexus MedStaff provided personalized preparation and support to international nurses as they prepare to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Our nurses receive individual and small group training courses and review sessions to ensure they receive guidance catered to their specific educational needs. Nurse candidates who complete our program have a 97% pass rate.

Why Conexus?

In addition to the NCLEX Sponsorship Program, Conexus MedStaff offers nurses continuing education, scholarships, ongoing clinical and non-clinical education and support, virtual training simulations and career advancement opportunities.

In 2020, Conexus MedStaff was named #4 Fastest Growing Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), received the American Staffing Association’s Elevate Award for its nursing education program that supports the growth of Conexus nurses, and ranked on Charlotte Business Journal’s list of Best Places to Work.
