What is the NCLEX exam?
The NCLEX-RN, established in 1994, was designed to measure the competence and skills needed to perform safely and effectively as a newly licensed, entry-level nurse. As a requirement to work as an RN in the United States, all international nurses must have passed the NCLEX before working in a U.S.-based healthcare facility.
What is the Conexus MedStaff NCLEX Sponsorship Program?
Through this program, Conexus MedStaff provided personalized preparation and support to international nurses as they prepare to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Our nurses receive individual and small group training courses and review sessions to ensure they receive guidance catered to their specific educational needs. Nurse candidates who complete our program have a 97% pass rate.
