Conexus MedStaff Partners with Remote Area Medical (RAM)

At Conexus MedStaff, our mission goes beyond international healthcare recruitment. While we are proud to support rural and underserved healthcare systems across the United States by connecting them with highly skilled international healthcare professionals, we also recognize a broader responsibility to give back to the communities where care is needed most.

We are proud to announce our first U.S.-based Global Impact partnership with Remote Area Medical (RAM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free healthcare to individuals facing barriers to access due to cost, insurance status or geography.

Founded in 1985, RAM delivers large-scale mobile medical clinics across the U.S., bringing essential dental, vision, and medical services directly into underserved communities. With the support of more than 230,000 volunteers, RAM has provided care to over one million patients across 47 states.

Through this partnership, Conexus is supporting RAM’s mission to expand access to critical healthcare services for individuals who would otherwise go without care. It represents an important milestone in our Global Impact journey and our first initiative of this kind within the United States.

RAM’s mobile clinics are designed to deliver immediate, life-changing care in a single setting. Patients receive services such as dental treatment, vision exams with on-site glasses, and basic medical screenings, often addressing urgent needs that have gone untreated for years.

For many, this care provides immediate relief from pain, early identification of health conditions, and a renewed ability to work, care for their families, and participate fully in daily life.
