Conexus MedStaff Launches NCLEX Sponsorship Program
Global healthcare staffing firm develops NCLEX-RN sponsorship program for international nurses to support the certification needed to work as an RN in the U.S.
Conexus MedStaff, the leading global recruitment agency that propels the U.S. careers of international nurses and medical technologists, has launched the Conexus NCLEX Sponsorship Program designed to help international nurses obtain the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), a key requirement to work as a nurse in the U.S.
The NCLEX-RN, established in 1994, was designed to measure the competence and skills needed to perform safely and effectively as a newly licensed, entry-level nurse. As a requirement to work as an RN in the United States, all of Conexus MedStaff’s international nurses must have passed the NCLEX before working in a U.S.-based healthcare facility.
“Through the launch of our NCLEX Sponsorship Program, we hope to provide the tools, resources and guidance to international nurses who want to build a future career in the U.S.,” said Andrew Moreton, CEO of Conexus MedStaff. “More qualified international nurses who have passed the NCLEX exam will not only help solve for the dire and evolving nursing shortage in the U.S., but also allow Conexus the opportunity to invest in our nurses before they even arrive in the U.S. to help them build their future and the future of healthcare. The investment that we are providing is about both education and financial opportunity to ultimately enable international nursing talent the opportunity to make the journey to the U.S. a possible path.”
Through this new program, Conexus MedStaff will provide personalized training and support to international nurses as they prepare to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Nurses will receive individual and small group training courses, and review sessions to ensure they receive guidance catered to their specific educational needs. Nurse candidates who complete our program have a 97% pass rate.
In addition to the NCLEX Sponsorship Program, Conexus MedStaff offers nurses continuing education scholarships, ongoing clinical and non-clinical education and support, and career pathway opportunities and advancement.
