Visa Bulletin Update: November 2026

The U.S. Department of State has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin. Here's what it means for EB-3 applicants.

EB-3 Final Action Dates

  • Philippines: 15 August 2023 (no movement)
  • All Other Countries: 15 June 2024 (forward by 1 month)
  • India: 22 January 2014 (forward by 3 weeks)
  • China: 22 January 2022 (forward by 2 weeks)

what November’s movement means for nurses

This month brings forward movement for most countries, with no retrogression in any EB-3 category. For applicants from all other countries, the one-month advance recovers some of the ground lost in October. For the Philippines, dates are holding steady after last month’s advance.

Steady progress like this is a good sign early in the fiscal year. It’s a good moment to check you’re on track, so nothing holds you back when your date arrives.

how to prepare while you wait for your priority date

Visa dates are outside your control, but how you use the time in between is not. A little focus now can make the move to the next stage much smoother.

  • Keep working on your English. Strong language skills support both your licensing and your immigration process.
  • Stay sharp clinically. Every shift adds experience that will serve you in your U.S. role.
  • Check your documents are complete and in one place, so there are no delays when it’s time to move forward.
  • Stay in touch with your Experience Consultant. They can tell you what’s coming next and help you get ready for it.
