EB-3 Success Stories
When it comes to finding the best nursing jobs in the USA for international nurses, it pays to work with a nurse staffing agency that is recommended by your peers. Filipino nurse Ruth Almoguera was recommended to pursue her American dream with Conexus MedStaff by her sister-in-law, who had already received a Green Card and nurse job in the U.S. through us. In this article, we speak to Ruth about her Conexus experience and life in the United States.
Richard started his career journey with Conexus in 2022, with a place on our NCLEX Sponsorship Program. Within 12 months he received his NCLEX license. “The big congratulatory call from to say I’d passed my NCLEX exam was so fulfilling,” he said. While he waits for his U.S. visa to be approved, Richard is working with our Education team to prepare for his future deployment to the United States. He is following a personalized education program designed to help him achieve his career ambitions.
A nurse from Jamaica, Shavia is one example of how our personalized approach can make a difference. Today, Shavia lives in Tennessee with her husband and two children, who made the move to the United States with her. She was initially drawn to Conexus because she felt our company values aligned with her personal values.
