The U.S. Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for the month of December 2023. There has been no movement in the priority dates this month. Below you’ll find our analysis of the current situation for EB-3 visa applicants from around the world.

EB-3 for Philippines (01DEC21)

EB-3 for India (01MAY12) 

EB-3 for China (22JAN20)

EB-3 Status Remains Unchanged

The EB-3 category has experienced a standstill with no updates following the release of the October Visa Bulletin. In the prior bulletin, a positive shift of 19 months was noted in the Priority Date for applicants from the Philippines and worldwide, instilling a hopeful outlook for those aspiring to make the U.S. their future home.
