April 2025 Visa Bulletin Update

The U.S. Department of State has released the April 2024 Visa Bulletin, providing an update on the EB-3 visa category for international nurses. This month’s bulletin shows small changes in Priority Dates for Other Nationalities and the Philippines, and additional movement for those in India and China. Here’s our take on the latest information and what it means for your journey to the U.S.

Final Action Dates for EB-3 Preference Class

Other Nationalities: 01JAN23 – advanced one month

Philippines: 01JAN23 – advanced one month

India: 01APR13 – advanced two months

China: 01NOV20 – advanced three months
