If you are an international registered nurse or medical technologist, you can apply to Conexus MedStaff at any time, either through our website or at any of our Conexus Live recruitment events. In order to be considered for a contract with us, you need to meet the following requirements:

Registered nurse requirements – NCLEX-RN passer

If you have passed the NCLEX-RN, you need to be currently working in an inpatient role, or you must be willing to return to an inpatient role within 90 days of signing a contract with us.

Registered nurse requirements – no NCLEX-RN

If you don’t currently have your NCLEX-RN, you need to be currently working in an inpatient role, with at least 3 months of experience. You also need to hold a Bachelor’s degree and have graduated in the last 10 years.

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to help nurses who have previously taken and failed the NCLEX-RN exam.

Medical technologists

As a medical technologist, you must be currently working in a lab as a generalist in a Tertiary or Secondary Facility. You must have completed a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: medical laboratory science, medical technology, biological science, chemistry, microbiology, or biochemistry. You will also need to have ASCPi certification.

If you don’t currently meet our requirements, our recruitment experts may be able to advise you on how you can make changes to be eligible for a contract with us in the future.
