Vasco joined Conexus MedStaff in 2020, focused on Talent Acquisition, Professional Examination, English program and Immigration. Outside of Vasco’s experience with Conexus, Vasco also has an additional 10 years of experience in the international staffing and recruiting industry.
In 2024, Vasco was honored with the Staffing Industry Association’s (SIA) 40 Under 40 award for his success as a visionary leader, instrumental in hiring global talent.
Vasco earned a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, UK. He actively engages with professional associations like the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment (AAIHR) and Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools International (CGFNS) to champion legal and ethical recruitment practices within the healthcare industry. Beyond his professional pursuits, Vasco enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
