Liz is a healthcare staffing expert, having spent the last 20 years in business development, client services, and commercial strategy. She has held senior leadership roles at Ingenovis Health, Fastaff and AMN Healthcare. Throughout her career, Nesladek has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive significant growth.

As Chief Commercial Officer for Conexus MedStaff, Liz will help drive the continued growth of Conexus through data-driven strategies, optimized partnerships, and enhanced client experience through operational excellence and delivery.

Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been frequently recognized for her high-performing achievements and has been a multi-year President’s Club winner and received Top Producer awards. She also has been selected in key talent development mentorship and succession planning programs throughout her career.
