With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for supporting nurses in their journey to the United States, Brittany brings a wealth of experience to her role as Manager of Professional Exams at Conexus. A Healthcare Specialist in the US Army for 8 years, Brittany developed a deep understanding of the healthcare sector before transitioning into international healthcare staffing in 2019. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science and joined Conexus in June 2022.

In her role, Brittany plays a pivotal part in helping nurses prepare for and pass their NCLEX exams, which is the first step toward building their careers in the U.S. She works closely with Conexus’ licensing, education, immigration, and travel teams to ensure every healthcare professional receives the best support throughout their exam preparation process.

What Brittany loves most about her work is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the nurses she supports. Working with healthcare professionals for a year or more, she takes immense pride in being part of their success stories.
