Named Finance Director of the Year in 2024 by Accountable Recruitment, Helen brings deep financial leadership and operational insight to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Conexus MedStaff. Since joining the company in 2015, Helen has been instrumental in its growth, building the financial structure, governance, and strategic planning needed to support long-term success.

Her early career in the consultancy arm of IBM, formerly owned by PwC, gave Helen a strong foundation in complex global outsourcing contracts and large-scale business operations. That experience continues to shape her approach at Conexus, where she oversees Finance, Planning, Procurement, Risk, and Governance. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, Helen brings clarity, control, and commercial focus to every stage of the company’s evolution.

Helen holds a BSc in Economics from Aberystwyth University and completed the Financial Strategies for Value Creation program at London Business School in 2021, reflecting her ongoing commitment to executive development.
