Registered Nurse Requirements
Highly motivated to pursue a rewarding nursing career in the U.S.
Currently working in a hospital for at least 3 months.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
*NCLEX preferred
English proficiency: Fluent

The Steps In The Journey

1. Welcome
You will talk with your Experience Coordinator who will help guide your process based on your personal development plan.
2. Paperwork
You will need to gather and submit the required references and documents to proceed to the next step.
3. Immigration
When your documents are in, we will begin your immigration process.
4. Education
Once you’ve submitted your documents, our Education team will assess your clinical strengths and provide you with your learning plan.
5. Client Match & Offer
Your selection advisor will prepare you for hospital interviews and placement. Once you interview and find the right fit, our client will officially extend you an offer to work in that facility.
6. Credentialing
To ensure you can work at the facility you were offered, our team will gather your documents and help you get properly credentialed.
7. Embassy Interview
Our team will notify you of the interview date and prepare you for it. After a successful interview, your visa approval will be issued.
8. Travel Planning to the U.S.
Our relocation team will book your travel to the U.S. and help with the final steps before you arrive.
9. Arrival in the U.S.
Congratulations! Our team will meet you at the airport and help you get settled for your new U.S. life.

Conexus NCLEX Sponsorship Program
Travel Funding: Flight & Hotel
Conexus pays for transportation and lodging required to get to your new community in the U.S. Please see our Relocation Policy for details.
NCLEX Bonus
If you had already passed the NCLEX when you joined our team and signed your contract, you will receive a total of $5,000, with $2,000 paid on deployment and the additional S,3000 paid at contract completion.
Milestone Bonus Program
Our Milestone Program distributes funds to reward you as you progress in your U.S. career journey, beginning when you arrive in your new community. Funds will be dispersed at intervals throughout your employment with us.
Referral Bonus
You can refer friends and family members to Conexus at any time. Our Referral Bonus program pays both you and the registered nurse or medical technologist you refer. If you refer someone while a Conexus employee, you receive $1,000 within 60 days after the person you refer begins their assignment and they receive $500 at that same time. If you refer someone either before or after you are employed at Conexus, we will bonus you $750 within 60 days of the start date of the person you refer and they will receive a bonus of $500 at that same time. Transition Pay
To support your transition to a new country and a new U.S. career, Conexus MedStaff supplements you with transition pay between when you land in the U.S. and when you start working at your client assignment. Please see the Transition Pay Policy for more details.
