Visa Bulletin Updates for June 2020: Impact on International Nurses
Veronica Sanchez, our Immigration Manager can confirm that the Visa Bulletin for June 2020 has been released, 'our Immigration team is happy to confirm the relevant dates below. The EB-3 for the Philippines (08 NOV 17) has moved forward 10 months. The EB-3 for India (01 APR 09) has moved forward one 1 month and for Other Nationalities (08 NOV 17) it has moved forward ten 10 months. The movement this month is awesome!'
The Visa Bulletin, effectively, has two different tables - Table A and Table B. Table A shows the Final Action dates. Applications filed within these dates may be approved for their Permanent Residency or Immigrant Visa appointment. Table B shows the dates for filing for a visa. This means that the US Department of State may work on an application within these dates, but a visa can't be approved until the date is current, per Table A.
A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES
B. DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS
