Submit your referral and tell us a bit about the person you're referring.
Our team will contact your referral and guide them through the process.
You get rewarded once your referral starts their U.S. assignment.

Bonus details

We think a great referral deserves a great reward. Here’s what’s on offer:

For current Conexus employees — earn up to $1,000 when your referral begins their U.S. assignment.
For non-Conexus referrers — earn $750 for a successful referral.
Your referral also benefits — they'll receive a $500 welcome bonus when they join us.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I receive my referral bonus?

Your bonus is triggered when your referral begins their U.S. assignment. If you are employed by Conexus at that time, payment will be made within 60 days through regular payroll. If you are no longer employed by Conexus, you will receive your payment by check, and a 1099 will be issued.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, there's no limit to how many people you can refer. Each successful referral is eligible for its own bonus payment.

What if my referral has already applied to Conexus?

If your referral has already submitted an application independently before you refer them, they may not be eligible under the referral program. We recommend submitting your referral as early as possible.

I don't work in healthcare - can I still refer someone?

Absolutely. You don't need to work in healthcare or have any existing connection to Conexus to make a referral. If you know someone who could be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.
