who can be referred?

Registered Nurses (RN) – experienced or newly qualified, or international U.S. graduates
Medical Technologists (MT) – lab and diagnostic specialists, including international U.S. graduates
Physical Therapists (PT) – helping patients regain mobility and strength, international U.S. graduates welcome
Occupational Therapists (OT) – supporting daily life skills and independence, open to international U.S. graduates
Respiratory Therapists (RT) – critical care and pulmonary specialists, including international U.S. graduates

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, there's no limit to how many people you can refer. Each successful referral is eligible for its own bonus payment.

What if my referral has already applied to Conexus?

If your referral has already submitted an application independently before you refer them, they may not be eligible under the referral program. We recommend submitting your referral as early as possible.

I don't work in healthcare - can I still refer someone?

Absolutely. You don't need to work in healthcare or have any existing connection to Conexus to make a referral. If you know someone who could be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.
