About Rich

Rich joined Conexus MedStaff in 2024 as Chief People Officer, bringing close to 20 years of Human Resources experience across international roles in organizations including Next Retail, Peninsula Consulting, and M247 Telecoms. Prior to joining Conexus, he served as Global HR Director at Oliver James, where he led people strategies that supported significant growth across the global staffing sector.

A commercially focused and values-driven leader, Rich is committed to building inclusive, high-performing cultures. His work centres on the full employee experience — from attraction and retention to development and wellbeing — always with a focus on fairness, transparency, and sustainable impact. He holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification in International HR Management, completed with a specialist focus on International Employment Law.

Rich’s leadership has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including Employee Engagement Strategy of the Year (2023), HR Director of the Year (2024), and several Best Places to Work accolades across five consecutive years.
