Conexus MedStaff Accredited by The Joint Commission
Since 2022, Conexus MedStaff® has been certified by The Joint Commission, which is an independent, not-for-profit organization, and the United States' oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in U.S. healthcare. Conexus earned original accreditation in 2022, and re-certification in 2024, receiving The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Health Care Staffing Services Certification.
The Joint Commission’s Health Care Staffing Services Certification is awarded to organizations that demonstrate compliance with rigorous performance standards, ensuring safe, high-quality services to client healthcare systems. This certification places Conexus MedStaff among a select group of staffing providers in the U.S. held to the same quality standards as U.S. hospital systems. It affirms dedication to quality, safety, and reliable staffing services for healthcare providers across the country.
Joint Commission standards are developed in consultation with health care experts and providers, measurement experts, and patients. “Health Care Staffing Services Certification recognizes health care staffing firms committed to fostering continuous quality improvement in patient safety and quality of care,” says Mark Pelletier, RN, MS, chief operating office, Accreditation and Certification Operations, and chief nursing executive, The Joint Commission. “We commend Conexus MedStaff for using certification to strengthen its program structure and management framework, as well as to enhance its staff recruitment and development process.”
