Conexus to Cover Premium Processing of I-140 Petition for International Nurses Moving to the U.S.

We’re excited to share that we are now offering premium processing for I-140 petitions for nurses starting their immigration process with Conexus.
The I-140 petition is the first stage of the immigration process for nurses moving to the U.S. from another country and graduating international nursing students on the F1 visa. The USCIS processing time for an I-140 petition is typically 8 to 10 months. For an additional fee, USCIS will adjudicate the petition via premium processing in 15 calendar days.
As an investment in our nurses, Conexus is covering that fee to help accelerate the immigration process. It is important to note that premium processing only expedites the I-140 petition, the underlying eligibility of permanent residence. It does not accelerate the process at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate, but it will shave a few months off the normal processing time.
The question of how soon one can be approved for a Green Card depends on a number of factors such as visa availability, visa categories, priority date, administrative delays, etc.
International nurses who choose Conexus to start their career in the U.S. have access to a team of in-house immigration experts to walk them through every phase of the immigration journey, from filing their I-140 petition to obtaining their Green Card.
If you’re an international nurse who is ready to build a career and a life you love in the United States, we encourage you to apply to become a Conexus nurse today.
