Priority Dates for Other Nationalities have advanced by 7 weeks, while there has been no movement for the Philippines. Here’s our analysis of the latest update and what this means for your U.S. immigration journey.
Final Action Dates for EB-3 Preference Class
Philippines: 08FEB23 – no movement
Other Nationalities: 01APR23 – advanced 7 weeks
India: 22APR13 – advanced one week
China: 01DEC20 – advanced 2 weeks
