Conexus visit South Korea
By Conexus MedStaff - Posted Nov 7, 2018
Conexus Medstaff are coming back to South Korea towards the end of November and to say we are excited is an understatement! Our Business Support Manager, and Clinical Nurse Interviewer, Benjie Jalasco, will join Conexus’ CEO Andrew Moreton at HRD (Human Resource Development Service of Korea) event on Thursday 29th November, 2019.
Conexus and HRD
Since 2013, HRD has focused on their K-move project as a national agenda. K-move is collaboration of public and private businesses to support Korean youths who have the passion and commitment to pursue an international career. Conexus Medstaff are proud to work closely with HRD in South Korea for the last two years, to help encourage skilled crafts amongst South Korean youths as well as to help and support young people from South Korea, who show passion and potential, to find quality registered nurse jobs in the USA where the demand for international registered nurses is expanding significantly.
The USA is a land of opportunity for international registered nurses who dream of working in the US healthcare industry as registered nurses. Working as a registered nurse in the USA promises:
- Financial Stability – US Registered Nurses are paid well.
- Security – A bright, secure future for the individual RN and their family.
- Continuous Professional Development – Access to state of the art medical technology and career development.
- Phenomenal Work-Life Balance – An adventure of a life-time!
Conexus and the EB-3 Visa
By becoming a Conexus RN, we will sponsor South Korean RN’s on the EB-3 visa (Green Card visa) so that you can live and work in the USA indefinitely. That’s right, the EB-3 visa is a permanent visa, unlike the limited time working visa often found in other countries, like the Middle East. On top of this, the EB-3 visa is family friendly! It allows an RN’s spouse to come to the USA to live and to work, with dependents invited along for the adventure, too.
Myungsook, a South Korean RN, joined Conexus in 2018, and spoke with us for this article.
“Initially, I chose Conexus because of the words on their website. Our team will always be on hand to offer any assistance and support, whether it is workplace related or if it is more general support on living in the USA.”
“I have been working as an RN in West Virginia since last August, and I can truly say that Conexus Medstaff have stayed true to their word! Every step of my immigration process from South Korea to the US was very smooth and I feel Conexus is always there for me. So grateful for all the support!”
Andrew and Benjie will be presenting at HRD event on 29th November at the KOHI (Korea Institute for Health and Welfare) office. Additionally, they will be interviewing interested applicants for our US sponsorship.
