Conexus MedStaff, a global leader in healthcare staffing, is proud to announce a new partnership with Sabre Education, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming early childhood education in Ghana and beyond. The grant to Sabre reflects the commitment by Conexus to creating meaningful global impacts beyond healthcare by empowering communities through education.

Sabre Education has been at the forefront of delivering sustainable, scalable, and impactful early childhood education programs in Ghana for over 20 years, addressing the critical need for high-quality kindergarten education. Conexus Global Impact funds will provide vital support to Sabre’s latest initiative, extending their work to the La Nkwantanang Madina Municipality in Greater Accra. The area faces several challenges in early childhood education, including high enrolment, overcrowded classrooms, and infrastructure issues. The project will improve classroom environments and enhance teacher training, creating better learning outcomes for children.

At Conexus, our mission extends beyond connecting healthcare professionals to opportunities—it’s about making a difference in the lives of people and communities around the world,” said Andrew Moreton, CEO of Conexus MedStaff. “We are thrilled to partner with Sabre Education and contribute to their work in Madina, Greater Accra. Their approach, helping children build literacy and numeracy skills while boosting their social and communication abilities through play, will help create better learning foundations for thousands of children in the area. By tackling global inequalities in education, together we can help inspire the next generation to excel in healthcare and beyond.”

The contribution to Sabre Education is part of the Conexus Global Impact program, which supports projects that address critical needs across healthcare and education. Education funding is a key pillar of the program, enabling organizations like Sabre to push the boundaries of learning and potential to make a positive and lasting impact.

Tony Dogbe, Sabre Education Ghana’s Executive Director shared, “We are thrilled to be embarking on a new partnership with Conexus MedStaff as part of its Global Impact Program. Our partnership is transforming classrooms and empowering teachers in Ghana, improving learning for over 2,600 kindergarten children through play-based education and engaging learning spaces.”
