The Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices is a division of CGFNS International, Inc. that works to ensure all foreign-educated healthcare professionals are recruited in a fair, ethical, and transparent manner for employment in the United States. Conexus MedStaff® currently has an application under review with the Alliance.

Regarding our recruitment and employment practices for fair and ethical recruitment of foreign-educated healthcare professionals, Conexus is a member of AAIHR and complies with their Code of Ethics for legal and ethical recruitment. This code of ethics is also shared with internal team members and all our foreign-educated healthcare professionals at the time of hire.

In compliance with the Migrant Rights and Responsibilities provisions in the AAIHR Code of Ethics, during the recruitment process, all Conexus recruiters encourage foreign-educated healthcare professionals to carefully review their employment agreement to ensure they fully understand both parties’ commitment. Additionally, our recruiters encourage healthcare professionals to consult with family and counsel before signing their employment agreement with Conexus MedStaff.

Once the employment agreement is signed by both parties, both parties receive an executed copy of their contract. In our contract packet we also include Employment Agreement FAQs, to help our healthcare professionals better understand the commitment both parties are making to each other.

We also outline the settlement of disputes clause with the jurisdiction in which resolutions will be resolved. During the recruitment, pipeline and employment stages, foreign-educated healthcare professionals are treated fairly and equitably, and are encouraged to report and escalate any grievance in accordance with our Grievance Policy. The Grievance Policy is included in the Conexus Employee Handbook, also provided to our healthcare professionals.
