Our team works with all our candidates to help them overcome linguistic and cultural challenges prior to them starting work in the USA as a healthcare professional, through our U.S. Ready continued learning program. As part of this program, our healthcare professionals learn more about practicing in the USA, the nurse-led environment of U.S. hospitals, as well as the social challenges of living in a new country.
The program, which has been put together by Conexus' clinically trained staff, comprises six different modules. These touch on practices such as medication administration, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and more.
