If you’re an international nurse looking for jobs in the U.S., Conexus MedStaff is your ideal choice.
We have a great track record of taking care of the nurses we hire – long before they make the trip to the United States to look after their patients with their experience and compassion.
Yes, the immigration process has many intricacies. But our recruiting agency will guide you through all the steps so you can get that dream job for yourself or your family. Our goal is to match your skills with the right role at the type of facility you prefer in an area where you can become part of the community.
Nurses are attracted to our comprehensive benefits and rewards packages, but there are numerous reasons why they build their U.S. nursing careers through Conexus MedStaff. Here are just a few:
Free visa sponsorship
From the moment you become part of the Conexus MedStaff community and start your journey to the U.S., you will be supported by our team of in-house immigration experts who will apply their expertise to navigate you through the full U.S. immigration process.
Experts in nursing and immigration
At Conexus MedStaff, our team is fully educated on every aspect of your career pathway to the U.S. from legislative law to immigration policies, to regional knowledge of the United States. You can feel confident and supported as you embark on your new life-changing career in the United States as an international nurse.
We do not ask for any fees or any upfront costs, nor do we take any money from your paycheck once you are here.
Assigned to one facility with a focus on community
We emphasize community all the time because we understand the importance of making connections – not just in professional settings. You won’t be pulled from one job location to the next, left to explore new housing and other arrangements in different towns. Working at a single facility is best so you can establish some roots where you live and enjoy time and activities with new neighbors and with friends.

U.S. Ready program
Our team works with all our candidates to help them overcome linguistic and cultural challenges prior to them starting work in the USA as a healthcare professional, through our U.S. Ready continued learning program. As part of this program, our healthcare professionals learn more about practicing in the USA, the nurse-led environment of U.S. hospitals, as well as the social challenges of living in a new country.
The program, which has been put together by Conexus' clinically trained staff, comprises six different modules. These touch on practices such as medication administration, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and more.
Working to get you a fulfilling job as an international nurse in the USA is our top priority. We’ll also focus on additional training to reinforce or expand your strengths.
Given the nursing shortage in the United States, international registered nurses like you can fill critical roles. We are willing to invest in your career and help you be as successful as possible.
