The Visa Bulletin for February 2024 has been released by the U.S. Department of State. Following on from the good news of the previous Visa Bulletin, there is more positive movement for EB-3 applicants with Priority Dates advancing by one month. EB-3 for Other Nationalities (01SEP22) – advanced by 1 month
EB-3 for the Philippines (01SEP22) – advanced by 1 month
EB-3 for India (01JUL12) – advanced by 1 month
EB-3 for China (01SEP20) – no change
