The Health Care Staffing Services Certification recognizes Conexus MedStaff’s qualifications and competencies of staff, the process for hiring healthcare professionals, and how their performance is monitored. To obtain this recognition, the Joint Commission reviewers evaluated compliance with related certification standards including credentialing requirements, organizational structure, and procedure for delivering and facilitating clinical care. Joint Commission standards are developed in consultation with health care experts and providers, measurement experts, and patients.
