The Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for April 2022, showing priority-date cutoffs will remain the same for all employment-based categories next month. In addition, USCIS announces that it would use the Dates for Filing chart to determine whether employment-based applicants are eligible to file for adjustment of status.
The Visa Bulletin will stay current for the month of April for the Philippines and Other Nationalities. China EB-3 will remain at April 1, 2018 and India EB-3 will remain at January 22, 2012.
