The Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for March 2022, showing priority-date cutoffs will remain the same for all employment-based categories next month. In addition, there are an exceptionally high number of employment-based visas available this fiscal year (October 2021 through September 2022), hence USCIS confirmed that it will follow the State Department’s Dates for Filing chart to determine filing eligibility next month.
The Visa Bulletin will stay current for the month of March for the Philippines and Other Nationalities. China EB-3 will remain at April 1, 2018 and India EB-3 will remain at January 22, 2012.
