The Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for the month of January 2022. This is the fourth bulletin of the fiscal year.

For the millions of people waiting in line in the employment-based and family-based categories, the Visa Bulletin predictions give them an idea of when they will be able to become lawful permanent residents (LPR). It is important to understand that the dates above have been calculated from data provided by USCIS and the State Department. It does not include future demand which can increase or decrease at anytime.
USCIS will announce shortly whether it will use the Final Action Dates or Dates for Filing chart in January.
