Work in the USA - Registered Nurse: Our Requirements

We hire qualified nurses from all over the world to help them launch a nursing career in the U.S. If you are a registered nurse from outside of the U.S., or a recent international nursing graduate who studied the U.S., apply with us. To be qualified to join our Conexus community in the U.S., you will need the following: 


Education Requirements for U.S. Nurses

  • A Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (BSN) or a Nursing Diploma equivalent to an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) the U.S. 


Nursing Experience Requirements to Work in the U.S.

  • You will need to currently be working in an acute care role or in long term care in a healthcare setting.

  • If you have a Nursing Diploma, we will need to verify your education credentials before we can take the next steps in your application. 


​International Student in the U.S. or Canada. 


Other Requirements 

  • You will need to have passed the NCLEX-RN before we can offer you an interview OR qualify for our new NCLEX sponsorship program.

  • We often get asked if you will need your IELTS before applying with us. The simple answer is no! You will need to pass the IELTS later on in our application process, but there is no reason to wait until you score the perfect score before starting your application with us.
