With 14 years of experience partnering with hospital and healthcare leadership teams, and more than a decade focused on workforce strategy, Caleb brings deep expertise in aligning staffing models with clinical and operational priorities. He also holds an MBA focused on Hospital Administration.

In his new role, Caleb will focus on:

  • Strengthening retention-focused staffing strategies
  • Aligning recruitment planning with operational and financial objectives
  • Expanding partnerships in underserved and rural communities
