By Conexus MedStaff - Posted Aug 12, 2025

The U.S. Department of State has released the September 2025 Visa Bulletin, providing the latest update on the EB-3 visa category for international nurses.

This month’s update shows no movement in priority dates across all categories. While this may feel frustrating, it’s important to remember that these periods of no change are part of the normal cycle, and the best thing you can do is make sure you’re ready for when dates do advance.

Final Action Dates for EB-3 Preference Class

  • Philippines: 08FEB23 – no movement

  • Other Nationalities: 01APR23 – no movement

  • India: 22MAY13 – no movement

  • China: 01DEC20 – no movement

What This Means for You

No movement doesn’t mean no progress—it means the queue is holding steady. By taking proactive steps now, you’ll be in the strongest possible position when the Visa Bulletin advances. Your preparation today is what ensures a smooth journey when your Priority Date becomes current.
