The Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for the month of February 2023. There has been no movement in key employment-based categories. USCIS has not yet announced whether it will use the Final Action Dates or Dates for Filing chart in February. The Dates for filing chart are as follows:
EB-3 Other Nationalities (CURRENT)
EB-3 for Philippines (CURRENT)
EB-3 for India (1 AUGUST 2012)
EB-3 for China (1 SEPTEMBER 2018)
