Leading international recruitment firm Conexus Medstaff has appointed a new Vice President amid ambitious plans to expand the company’s footprint across the Americas.
Cathy Vollmer joins the business as Vice President of Operations, where she will be responsible for leading the strategic development of partnerships throughout the firm’s impressive client portfolio and business pipeline.
The aim of this activity is to grow all areas of Conexus Medstaff’s portfolio of recruitment services and resources across its core sectors, which includes the provision of both International and US nurses.
This fast expanding infrastructure has enabled Conexus Medstaff to service multinational clients with staff throughout its territories and to strategically source the very best nursing talent, wherever they are in the world.
Cathy brings with her vast healthcare experience across both the nursing and recruitment fields, most recently as a Senior Vice President for Favorite Healthcare Staffing.
In her most recent role, Cathy spent 10 years increasing sales and profitability, managing branch operations and personnel and enabling business expansion.

Before her role at Favorite, Cathy held senior operational leadership posts at FASTAFF and StarMed.
Cathy is a CSP (certified staffing professional) through ASA, as well as a former Registered Nurse, gaining her Diploma in Nursing from Missouri Baptist School of Nursing, St. Louis, Missouri and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. Cathy remains active in the nursing community as a member of AONL.
