Are you a Jamaican Citizen who dreams of working as a Registered Nurse in the USA? There has never been a better time to consider making the move to the USA. With an aging population in the USA and the average age of a Registered Nurse presently at 58 years old it is projected that there will be anywhere between 1 – 2 million Registered Nurse positions in the USA over the next 5 years. As a result of this and the surprisingly short visa application process there has never been a better time to consider making the move as an International Registered Nurse to the USA.
Relocation from Jamaica:
If you are a Jamaican Citizen relocation to the USA is probably a lot shorter than you think. Once you have passed your NCLEX examination the green card (EB-3) permanent residency visa process can take as little as 9 – 12 months to be processed. All of this process will be handled and paid for by the Conexus team and we will guide you through every step of the way to ensure your relocation to the USA is as smooth as possible. Please note that if you did your nursing degree in a non English speaking location then you will also be required to take the academic version of the IELTS exam ahead of going for your embassy interview.
Conexus has offices located in the Houston, Texas and Lexington, Kentucky. We have an experienced team that has mobilized hundreds of nurses to work in the United States. Conexus presently has contracts with over 85 hospitals in the United States that are operating in over 20 states across the country as such Conexus has several exciting opportunities to offer qualified nurses across the United States.
Conexus sponsors and pays for your green card (EB-3) visa as well as your license so that you can work in the United States. In return for Conexus sponsoring the EB-3 visa and placing you with one of it’s clients in the United States you will be required to work for Conexus for a period of 5,000 hours which typically takes approximately 2.5 years.
Our clients in the United States are very used to nurturing international Registered Nurses to ensure that they are setup for success in their careers as nurses in the United States. If required our clients will provide 12-14 weeks of orientation to ensure that our nurses are successful. This is an investment that is often overlooked but is so important when you are thinking of relocating to another country to work and live
Benefits of Employment:
